A few things to know.

Will my carrier statements work?

Use your trial to try the statements you actually receive. Supported formats import without column mapping or reformatting. Files or records that need attention stay visible for review. Contact support if you’re unsure about a format.

Do I need a CRM?

No. You can view statement payments, carrier totals, renewals and chargebacks without a CRM. Matching payments to new written enrollments requires enrollment records; automatic CRM delivery needs a compatible, configured workflow.

Do I have to install anything?

Statement Sync runs on Windows and macOS and organizes and imports the statements you download. You can also upload statements directly in your browser. You still sign in to your carrier portals and download your statements yourself.

What happens after the trial?

A payment method is required to activate your 14-day free trial. Your subscription renews at $49 per month after the trial. Cancel through Settings & Billing before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
