What the county list means
SAR status comes from the CMS crosswalk. County exits are derived by comparing the 2026 Landscape with the mapped 2027 plan. Use the list to identify members for review, then confirm their address and carrier notice.
Data limits
County-level listings combine plan segments and cannot identify partial-county or address-level changes. Multiple renewal mappings and missing data are flagged for review. Benefits, networks, client enrollment and commissions are not evaluated.
Privacy
This tool does not collect new email signups or ask for client information. Do not enter client names or Medicare numbers in plan search.
